DMG Sports Academy Terms of Service
These terms and conditions govern your use of DMG Sports Academy services, including class bookings, memberships and our website. By booking a class or becoming a member of DMG Sports Academy, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before registering.
DMG Sports Academy provides football and tennis coaching for children aged 15 months to 7 years at venues across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and surrounding areas.
Membership and Payment Terms
DMG Sports Academy memberships are charged on a monthly basis at £43.96 per child. This covers one class session per week at your chosen venue and time.
- Monthly Fee: £43.96 per child, collected by Direct Debit or card payment
- One-off Membership Fee: £25 per child, which includes your child's DMG sports kit and Skills Tracker sticker book
- Free Trial: Your child's first session is completely free with no payment required
- Sibling Discount: A 10% discount is applied for siblings enrolled at the same time
Payments are collected on a monthly basis. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect again. Continued payment failure may result in suspension of membership.
Cancellation Policy
There are no long-term contracts with DMG Sports Academy. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing notice through your parent portal or by contacting us directly.
- Cancellation requests should be made before your next billing date to avoid further charges
- Refunds are not provided for partial months or missed classes
- Your child may continue to attend classes until the end of the current billing period
Class Attendance and Make-up Sessions
Classes run year-round including during school holidays. We only close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and UK Bank Holidays. This means your child will typically receive more sessions per month than a standard term-time-only class.
- If you miss a class, you may be able to attend a make-up session at an alternative time, subject to availability
- Make-up sessions must be requested through the parent portal
- We cannot guarantee availability for make-up sessions during busy periods
- Unused sessions do not roll over or accumulate as credit
Venue and Session Changes
DMG Sports Academy reserves the right to change venues, session times or coaches with reasonable notice. We will always notify you of any changes that affect your booking.
In the event of venue closure or session cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or facility issues), we will endeavour to provide an alternative session or credit where possible.
Health and Safety
The safety of your child is our top priority. All our coaches are DBS-checked and trained in child safeguarding. Parents are responsible for:
- Informing us of any medical conditions, allergies or special requirements
- Ensuring their child is fit and well enough to participate
- Providing appropriate clothing and footwear for the session
- Collecting their child promptly at the end of the session
Photography and Media
DMG Sports Academy may take photographs or videos during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. You can indicate your preferences regarding photography during registration, and update these at any time through your parent portal.
